The Story of the Drappier House dates back to 1808 and is now run by the family's eighth generation. Sensible to their environment and carbon footprint they use organic practice, and horse-powered tools in the vineyard and have now earned the well-deserved accreditation of “Carbon Neutral”. The smallest of the Champagne houses producing honest, pure, and complex wines, with a distinctive spice bouquet.
One of the rare Houses producing Rosé by the saignée method, (Understand maceration of red berries to extract colour) creating a wine with franc aromas of red berries, cassis, gooseberry, raspberry, Purple, and red flower, and charming spiciness with hints of sumac.
A lot of energy in this wine, it is pure with delicate bubbles and a refreshing finish.
