From sommelier in Brittany to Winemaker in the Loire Valley, his passion for wine has led him to incredible achievement, winemaker in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay since 2002 he trained with the Parcé brothers in Banyuls, then by Mark Angeli in Anjou, before crafting incredibly vibrant wine on its own from the unique vineyards and old vines he works in the Layon region.
